AYO SHARPE-MOUZON 


Ayo's Goal is to take her energizing & Joyous, Afro-centric workshops throughout the United States, to help children & Adults live healthier lives. She is currently teaching ongoing classes at (see flyer). These empowering multi-arts workshops can also include movement (walk-about), exercise, dance, song, music appreciation, poetry and journaling, to assist in developing creative and positive life skills.

Ayo is the author of COWRIE SHELLS.
Most recent performances: The Danny Glover Events, Sacramento Theatre Company 9/2004 where she performed African Dance & excerpts from "COWRIE SHELLS" on the main stage.
Cal Trans Annual Cultural Diversity Day, Stockton, California 8/2004 Ayo represented the continent of Africa with Authentic African songs and African dance to "LADY" by Hugh Masekela.
