Ayo offers a unique & fun approach to fitness with her African exercise/dance workshops. (Ayo is also available to bring this (30 mins. to 1 hr.) workshop to your school, community organization, church or workplace). 

A Family Affair - Ayo's African exercise/dance workshops appeal to all ages and sizes, because everyone feels free to move at their own pace. She gently motivates participants  to develop rhythms and movement in an uncomplicated format, to inspiring and culturally significant music. "My first love is performing, however my goal in teaching is to offer a cross-training adventure to help people live healthy, productive lives.
