AYO SHARPE-MOUZON 

Ayo has studied and performed with two of the most accomplished and recognized African Dance companies on the the West Coast: La Ballet de Kouman Kele' of Los Angeles, which is directed by Nzingha Camara, and Diamano Coura of Oakland, Ca. directed by Dr. Zakarya & Naomi Diouf.   She danced in Janet Jackson's "Escapade" video in Los Angeles and through an audition process headed by Quincy Jones, was selected to perform for the former President of South Africa, Nelson Mandela, along with oilier African dancers and drummers at the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum.  Click here on the Sac Theatre Co.
